The 2022 Parade of Homes: Where You’ll See Our Work
The Parade of Homes, hosted by the Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF) in Gainesville, FL, is a time-honored tradition in our area since 1958. Held in the fall and spring each year, this popular event has featured over 2,000 new homes in more than 300 Alachua County neighborhoods, showcasing home design, decor, and energy-efficient innovations in construction and land development.
JBPro has had a hand in some of the neighborhoods featured in this spring’s Parade of Homes, on May 14-15 and 21-22, from noon to 5 p.m. Admission is free, so there’s no reason not to come out to see some of the best homes on the market! Read on to learn more.
What Is the Parade of Homes?
The BANCF Parade of Homes gives numerous organizations in the home building industry the opportunity to show off their services and expertise, including builders, developers, subcontractors, design consultants, and suppliers.
The homes featured on the tour display various layouts, interior and exterior designs, floor plan sizes, and neighborhood amenities. Even better, builders are typically on-site to answer any potential customers’ questions.

What Is JBPro’s Role in this Spring’s Parade?

Town of Tioga
Established in 1997, the Town of Tioga is an award-winning, pedestrian-friendly, master-planned neighborhood located approximately 7 miles west of I-75. Offering single-family and multi-family residential housing as well as trails, recreation facilities, parks, and a growing Town Center, it is consistently one of the top-selling neighborhoods in the Gainesville community. It boasts homes from some of the best custom builders in our area, including Dibros Design and Construction, Pridgen Homes, Barry Bullard, Tommy Waters, E. G. Gonzalez, and Advanced Building Concepts.
We were engaged to design neighborhood layouts, stormwater management facilities, streetscapes, parking, and roadway design services, drawing on our civil engineering, land planning, and surveying expertise. We collaborated with the owner/developer and project architects for the thriving Tioga Town Center and completed the:
- layout and infrastructure design;
- regulatory permitting;
- boundary and topographic surveying;
- and construction inspections and administration.
Wimberley
This is a beautiful new subdivision featured in this year’s Parade of Homes located on SW 8th Avenue. This quaint neighborhood is built by Spain and Cooper Homes and offers 46 lots on more than 32 acres of property.
Spain and Cooper enlisted us to provide engineering design, surveying, land planning, and construction services for the project.
