A Letter from Jay Brown 2024
It always fascinates me when a new year comes to an end—so much work goes into planning for the year ahead, with annual goal setting and initiative planning creating a guide for our company. Our leadership team works hard all year long doing our best to guide the ship and keep us sailing straight and upwind. Having just completed the annual evaluations of our employees and a full review of our annual performance, I am amazed at the talented, unselfish contributions of so many who make up our JBPro family, and all who have helped us have our best year ever!
This year was no exception, as all departments showed remarkable growth and achievements.
In 2024, our Planning Department doubled in size and exceeded expectations with numerous new clients and projects. The work our planning team is doing to help communities with their short-term and long-term planning is both inspiring and motivating, paving the way for brighter futures in the areas we serve.
Our Landscape Architecture team welcomed new staff members who are helping us complete projects in many new jurisdictions. Their contributions have expanded our capabilities, allowing us to tackle increasingly complex and creative designs.
Our Civil Engineering and Surveying teams continue to work with our client partners to design new communities, exciting developments, and public projects across North Florida and beyond. Their dedication to precision and collaboration ensures successful outcomes for every project.
Meanwhile, our Construction Services team is busy inspecting, assisting, and coordinating with clients throughout the construction process to make sure each of our design projects reaches that promised finish line. We even completed permitting for our first-ever project in North Carolina, showcasing our growing reach and capabilities.
It is with great pride that we wrap up a successful year at JBPro. Our client partners provide our mission, and our employees execute the projects with a humble desire to do our best. We thank all of our clients, friends, and families who have supported us for another year on our journey and wish each of you all the best this holiday season. We look forward to our time together in 2025 and promise to build on this year’s successes as we continue to serve our clients with unwavering gratitude and trust in JBPro.
