In 2015, we put our civil engineering skills to work on the $60M Stephen C. O’Connell Center renovation, which was later LEED certified. Santa Fe College Fine Arts Hall

JBPro provided land planning and civil engineering design services for Santa Fe College’s 3-story, 600-seat performance hall. This project involved renovating the existing parking lot and designing a new 140-space parking facility. In addition, JBPro master planned and designed storm sewer, potable water, and fire line improvements and an off-site sewer extension. Permits were required with SJRWD, GRU, and FDEP.
